Cutting tires

One of our crew wrapped a flat tire around his motorhome axle. What is the best way to cut 4-5 wraps of steel belted tire off the diffy?

Cheap serrated diamond blade on a small angle grinder.

I don't think the diamond will last long through that rubber, I"d use the usual black cut off wheel...but yes the side cutter....

maybe a sawzall??

Cutoff wheel for the belts. Watch for the brake lines.

And be careful- those little steel wires in the belts are double sharp when cut.
