I agree with Ozzy. I can also guess how this might have happened as something similar recently happened to me. I ordered a part from a painlting supply is SoCal. On their order form, they ask for a customer number (which I didn't have) or phone number. Since I don't want to end up on any junk phone lists, I always enter 666-666-6666. Turns out I'm not the only one. It immediately populated the "ship to address." At least I noticed it and corrected it.
At least it's paid for and you get free shipping. How great is that!
