Nasty vintage Corvette hillclimb crashes

This was a friends car, He got really lucky, broken ribs, collapsed lung and concussion. twenty minutes to cut him out. The impact sounded like a bomb going off. Hit a large oak tree. Sideways just past the drivers rear hoop.
