Yes it is, a very nice display....I used to have a small star wheel display by Heathkit? and with christmas bulbs in it that flicked to music input....made it looks like it was spinning like crazy....the red/blue/green/yellow bulbs all rigged to certain frequency bands of the music.....

should have maybe kept the control card from it....but the box went toast a long time ago.....:shocking::mobeer:
