california emmisions legal magnaflow front Y-pipe with precats?

I need a new front Y-pipe for my 90 and was just curious what the difference is between a 49 state pipe and california pipe. Both have precats but both carry different numbers yet look identical.

I can't afford to be wrong on this and need this car to pass a sniffer test easily and will be buying a new main cat as well. For 260.00 shipped seems to be well worth the money verses having my old pipe repaired and new cats added.

probably just a generic pic used in both ads. Wanna bet the cats for CA are different and certifies/stamped w/ CARB #

so for about 500.00 I can have the car ready for a sniff test. Of course after a few other parts it needs. Right now the car seems to run ok and can idle for a hour easy and show no signs of blue/black/white smoke. So with cats it should be able to pass legally.
