anyone here put a viper rear end in a c4 corvette?

I have been thinking about this for a while has anyone here done it yet?. I keep breaking rear end parts on my dana 44 rear end.

The viper diff has a small batwing, additional mounts up front and the C beam pad is on the other side from yours. It would be quite a bit of work to get that mounted.

What is it that you are breaking in a Corvette D44 that you think you will not break in a Viper D44. The insides are the same, the housing looks the same but is a mirror image of the Corvette so it will not work. The batwing is smaller but how would you make it bolt up. Instead you could purchase a HD44 housing and cover with a performance built diff.
