Any idea what to use to cover this pipe that gets super hot?

I'ts a pipe that comes off my exhaust manifold and goes into the intake manifold. This dam thing gets blistering hot thought maybe try some header wrap or would it get to hot for that stuff? what about having it ceramic coated?

Originally that thing IS wrapped with thermo sleeve. It's the EGR feed, the vette manifolds don't have the EGR under the plenum like the F bodies and no passage inside, they have a line from the pass header to a connection near the dizzy. You can get a delete kit for it but I think you need it for CA emissions tight?

I may still have the entire pipe with the heat sleeve around it somewhere.



You can get that stuff with velcro on the back, or just wrap it around and use some stainless wire and a twisting pliers to secure it.
