Has any one used one and is it worth the investment. I have to rewire my entire C3.

Already anwered you on thaa, but yes I use it all the time.
Wish they had them 30 years ago, a real time and headache saver.

The power up and ground test features are used a lot.

Just connect it once and work your way around the car. Can even use a remote battery.
Just probe the start solenoid wire to crank the starter or bump an engine.
Power up the harness to test for bad bulbs, sockets, wires, connectors.
Test alternator output in 1 second etc.

You just have to start using it to really appreciate all the features.

They have an accessory kit that looks like it would be pretty handy.

Cheapest was on ebay.

BTW, post a pic of the 77 you have

Do you have the model with the "short finder"? I am definitely going to purchase one but there are several different models. Thanks, Jack

I have the Probe ll and it tests shorts. Had it before the 3 came out, but if I we're buying one today it would be the 3 so you can easily measure voltage with the display. The wire pinch adapters are great for under the dash areas.
