The progress on my 74 SB has been off/on. I have tried to rebuild and upgrade whole systems at a time to avoid the "weak link" syndrome.
My engine is .060 over w/TFS, AG, Demon, 218-224HR w/1.6RRs, M21
w/3:55 and forged bottom end. Even w/2"RHs and beat up duals w/H pipe:
280rwhp and 315rwtq!
To keep everything cool dual Spals w/140amp alt and 4 core rebuilt rad.
Chassis upgrades include Bilsteins, Smart Struts, ss hoses w/HB.

For some reason I feel that I need to get the body mounts done and everything straight before I do anything else. Headers/ 2.5" Ex w/X pipe and L88 hood are next.
After that I want to be like my hero BJ and run Dual Mount and Mono Spring
suspension. Then when I get rich upgrade brakes and hubs to Wildwood.
AC has C4 blower and other standard tweeks.
Interior needs to be gutted and redone w/heat & soundproofing.
A 4pt harness bar and Recaro seats should keep me comfortable for the long haul.
People stop me in traffic to ask "What color will you paint it"? I'm thinking very black w/gold accents/trim a la "Midnight Express" Yamaha 1100 in the 70s! I'm waiting to see if I still have a job before I start the body mounts.lol

Lots of hotrods on hold due to this shitty economy....

about all I can afford these daze, is that 20 buck idler pulley this morning...

Forgot to Mention!

I am piecing together the removeable rear window option. Those that have done this are very happy w/results!
