Rear Wilwood caliper mount pattern. ( Bracket)

Anyone doing this?
I been looking in VetteMOD's Cad files for a REAR template / pattern converting to Wilwood calipers w/ 3.5 bolt width. Could not find one. If not ......Ill resign my self to buy from corvettengineering.com :pprrtt: The cad for the Front bracket's work well .....But a rear design is conspicuously missing. Thanks :sos:

I remember some nice notes back and forth with Keith, years ago....

so my recollection is positive.....

I have NO clue as to pricing these daze....

Can you post the dimensioned drawing for the Wilwood caliper. I have all the other dimensions. Should be pretty easy to come up with something.

Most are 3.5" mounts, you can get the mounting dims off the wilwood site, just have to convert for our disc diameter if not listed.

Well.............. here is the Willwood link for my Calipers Dimensions. Their pretty standard w/ 3.5 bolt spacing. Corvette engineering looks to be made of two seperate plates cut & welded together....... with an off set. Any ideas ?
Also...Has anyone tried the BP-10 compound brake pads? (Streetable style)
Thanks GRA3 :rain:

Here is what I came up with using the Wilwood dimensions. I will have to check the offset to come up with a thickness. When it is done I will post a drawing.

The Caliper caper ............

Hey Guys :
Thanks for all your efforts. Looked further into it ...I found that no one makes a bracket for the 3.5" calipers ...and for a good reason. The longer length of the bolt lugs don't leave enought room to mate to a bracket. In other words ..it would sit too high (Pad to rotor outside radius ). Interfeares with factory's hub bracket. Both Heidts and Corvettengineering only make the adaptor bracket for the wilwood 120-5006 caliper W/ 5.25 bolt width.

See the links below to explain :
With caliper comparison between the two...the bolt circle radius vrs the mount height. You want the top of the pad flush with the outside radius of the rotor .

So........ I decided to return the 120-5057 calipers. and look around for some 120-5006 . Thanks again for the help & I'll let you know how it goes. GRA3:quote:
