Bird Fest pics! (March 15-16)

Finally I managed to shrink some pics from the Bird Fest. That was a great saturday evening and sunday to spent with you guys and gals. I really enjoyed the weekend and so did my friend (Rudolf the rednose :bump: ).

We came all the way from snowy Finland to see some... Snow! I suppose that the elevation was about 4000ft at Tumbleweed? Lunch time!

A slightly modified C2 cockpit. :bounce: The visit to air museum was really nice! That visit wasn't too long for some of us, but afterall we managed to find our way to museum! :blush:







That's it guys. This was a short picture overview of what happened. I have few short videoclips also from the Bird Fest. I try to combine them together and then put it somewhere for all of you to see. I will let you know when it's done. A big thanks to Bird, Tim and all the rest of you! Great people and great weekend! Somehow I have a California fever at the moment... Hopefully I will be able to visit California again! I still have a lot to see there! :drink:

Unfinished look? Heck, that's the way it's been for 25+ years.:lol::huh2:I'd say that is finished.

looks like you had a good time.... love that scenery..... last time I visited CA was 2004, took like 300 or so photos..... the 'scenic view' looks like the overlook at Lake Elsinore (spelling) ... southeast of LA ???

Overlook is above Palm Springs...off hwy 74...

I've been where you were thinking...Ortega hwy above (West) of Lake Elsinore...
