Just more evidence DUI laws exist to raise money for the government and has nothing to do with safety.
 
The guy obviously have saftey in mind, he even put a little wheelie bar on. 38MPH on a barstool after 15 beers? Sounds like a blast!
 
I personally would be very pissed off if I came wizzing around a corner and ran over his mangy ass and bar stool. Looks like that thing is big enough to cause some damage to my car.

I dont know about the damage it would do BUT 38 MPH?? Damn thing will almost outrun my car! :mad:
