Can't make this stuff up

How much ya wanna bet that they spent more on the "CARB's complete Cool Cars Standards and Test Procedures" study than they will ever save in cooling cost for black cars? Can't believe they aren't going to outlaw black interiors, that's even harder to cool.

What is wrong with people? Don't they have anything better to do?

HUH OH,I will no longer be allowed to go on the Bird Runs,just painted the car Black,the window trim black,the rocker moldings black.
