clutch question

This question is not about a vette, but about a daily drive. I hope someone can identify the problem that i'm having with it.

Sometimes, when starting out in first under load there is some sort of squeeling coming from the front of the car. I suspect it has something to do with the clutch. Anyone any idea what it could be ?

Possibly the throw-out bearing in the clutch.
