I cannot find those illustrations in the AIM manual anywhere,what page are those on :suspicious:
 
Holy crap, how can the front spindles be that fucked up? The bearings pull off by hand!!!! I've seen some messed up ones but yours take the cake.
 
No noises or anything and I only found the damage when I was stripping the front end out to replace the control arm bushes. Needless to say, as soon as I saw the state of them, I went online and found some new ones!!

Yeh, no shit, and those are FRONT to boot, not the rear....

that 1800 rpm bearing puller, I have cut the inner race off many a pinion by using a dremel cheepy cutter wheels on that then hit with a cold steel chisel and off it comes....

you fellows with a bearing press are lucky....I don't do enough of it do warrant having one, but I use a length of pipe and a hammer to tap them on again...
