Is this 72?

I wonder if some one could help me out here.
When I bought the car the left side bumper attachment was "modded". Now I have both braces out I see a big difference in length.

So my question is. Is this top brace 72? I don't think so but need some confirmation.

To be honest neither one looks exactly like the ones in the REAR of my '72, now the top one is closest if any....the end bolting to the bumper is more of a 90* bend in there.....from the pix, as shown....

on my front, the top one again, looks most similar, but they are not interchangable of course.... the front one has a U shaped piece of 1/4 inch steel in there with two bolts that allow that odd shapes to align in some fashion when messed with enough....

I can go look again if needed, doing work on it anyway, so no sweat....

The bottom brace looks like a 69-72. The top looks like a 73-74.

Is there a part number stamped into them?

The Rear??

I couldn't find any number.

I also think they are 73-74.

Hmmmm, more parts on the list, when will this stop ;-).
