Power steering center link to manual link

I wonder if I can just use some sort of a tie rod end with a billet adapter than go back to the old manual mount.

Can I get a tie rod end that does not allow movement?

Do you mean in place of the stock valve, instead of immobilizing it to take away the movement in the ball joint? I'm not sure if there is a tie rod end available that does not allow misalignment. You'd need a bearing like used on an idler arm. Maybe combine a bearing with a bolt on taper stud like used for adjustable tie rod ends.
