Bumper removal

Am I correct in the view that there are 4 9/16" bolts that hold my front bumper on (73 vette).

They are currently soaking with some PB blaster.

There are a lot more than 4. There should be strips with studs in the front.

There were all the 3/8" bolts that held the valence peice in.

What do you mean by studs?

Is there a diagram anywhere?

Look there, they only show all the individual ones for a 73 (easier to install) but the stock one isn't listed (larger strips, multiple studs).
