8an line coming out the fuel cell to 6an fuel line

Will this cause a problem? It doesn't seem like it would be I'm just asking

No, just use an 8 to 6 reducer

as you are going to be turning both left and right you might consider two pickups one in each back corner.....

I could do that, it has one of those containment boxes though

What happens when one side sucks air and the other doesn't?

ATL has an installation guide on that subject. You need two fuel pumps.
