Jax Florida the mayor is named Payton.....he is son of the founder of a chain of gas and goes.....called GATE Petroleum co.....very large and successful here in the NE Florida region.....they even have a parkway named Gate Parkway, a major enough road full of office highrises and such as well as corporate headquarters.....the old man started out as a mechanic at a station....freeking UNREAL.....
